BIM technology is the focus of the global construction industry,and is considered to be another technological revolution after CAD,which is the technical support for the informatization transformation of construction industry.All countries are actively applying BIM technology to the domestic construction industry in order to comply with the trend of the informatization reform of the construction industry and realize the intensive and green sustainable development of it.Construction on the application of BIM in the primary stage in our country,has obtained certain practical results.But in BIM application process,due to various factors,BIM application breadth and depth is not enough,and has not been popular in construction industry,which seriously hinders the process of transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry.Therefore,it is necessary to study obstacles in the process of construction BIM application in our country,find out the relationship between the factors and its effect,in order to put forward corresponding proposals,to further accelerate the BIM application in the construction industry in our country.First of all,through researching the Chinese and foreign literature of the influential factors of BIM application and consulting experts,the paper gets BIM application factors list at the present stage in our country construction,which contains 26 influencing factors.And according to the literature research and theoretical analysis,the factors are classified as six types:economic factors,technical factors,policy factors,legal factors,organizational factors and personnel factors.Then,on the basis of analyzing the advantages of structural equation model,the feasibility of SEM in this research is demonstrated.Based on the rule of thumb,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and theoretical model of SEM about the influencing factors of BIM in China's construction industry.Based on the questionnaire survey of BIM users and researchers,the data description of the influencing factors of BIM application in construction industry in the present stage is obtained.The reliability and validity of the data are tested and the theoretical model of structural equation is corrected according to the test result.On this basis,using the questionnaire data fits the theoretical model of structural equation and corrects it,and eventually gets the final structural equation model of BIM application influencing factors in our country.From the two aspects of structure model and measuring model,the results of the model are analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward six Suggestions to further advance BIM applications in construction of our country,in corresponding to the primary influencing factors and the highest path coefficient of others factors.
