In recent years,the country has vigorously developed prefabricated buildings,which reflects the country’s strong determination to implement green development strategies and promote the construction of ecological civilization.After the first proposal in 2016 to vigorously develop prefabricated buildings,the state and local governments have successively promulgated many policies to encourage the development of prefabricated buildings,and the EPC mode in the general contracting mode of the project has been mentioned in many guiding opinions as having good compatibility and effectiveness for the development of prefabricated buildings.However,at this stage,the technological development of prefabricated buildings in our country is not mature enough.The technical level and quality management level of EPC general contractors in prefabricated construction are uneven,and quality management is the top priority in prefabricated buildings.How to improve the performance of prefabricated quality management and improve the quality of prefabricated buildings is a key issue that needs to be resolved urgently at this stage.Therefore,based on the perspective of general contractors under the EPC model,this paper studies the quality management of prefabricated buildings and their mechanism.First of all,this thesis expounds the related concepts and theories involved in the research,introduces the structural equation model theory,and defines that the main body of the research is the general contractor under the EPC model,and the research object is the prefabricated concrete building.The research content is the influencing factors and the mechanism of the prefabricated building quality management performance under the EPC mode based on the structural equation model.Secondly,it elaborates on the status quo of quality management of prefabricated buildings in my country and its causes,and constructs an index system of factors affecting the quality management performance of prefabricated buildings through literature analysis and expert interviews.Then,according to the relevant theories of the structural equation model,construct the structural equation model of the performance influencing factors,conduct questionnaire design and questionnaire data collection,and use the software to carry out the empirical test of the structural equation model to obtain the degree of influence and influence between the influencing factors and the quality management performance path.Finally,according to the final model output by the structural equation,the influencing factors and their mechanism of action are analyzed,and the recommended measures for the general contractor to improve the quality management ability of prefabricated buildings under the EPC mode are put forward from various dimensions in order of the magnitude of the action.This article analyzes the influencing factors of the quality management of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of the general contractor under the EPC mode,and explores the degree of influence of the influencing factors on the quality management performance of prefabricated buildings,which is conducive to improving the quality management ability of the general contractor in the process of prefabricated construction.Improving the quality of prefabricated buildings provides a certain theoretical reference for the quality management research of prefabricated buildings in my country. |
