Design Of Compound Library Reading Area Based On Environmental Behavior

With the development of social civilization,cultural buildings have received more attention and played an important role.As an important part of cultural buildings,library building plays an important role in cities and universities.With the coming of the 3.0 era of library,the library is endowed with new functions in the new era.The diversification demand of library building function and space has become more and more public,from the cultural perspective,the library is no longer a place for book,but the broad information resource center and public places,the third place of city.Reading behavior with the purpose of leisure reading has gradually replaced the formal reading behavior as an important reading mode in today's library.At the same time,in the library,reading space represents a trend of applied public behavior,the boundaries of reading space is dissolved,the library trend to liberalization,open and complex,the whole building and its surrounding area has become available reading conditions of the place.The author analyzed and summarized from the Internet,books,around the field research on the library space,analyzes the development trend and existing problems,and through the late summary and arrangement,research assistant and the introduction of environment behavior study in related fields as the theoretical support of reading space,public library.Then summed up the complex type of reading space,organization mode of reading space,and put forward design strategies of compounding reading space.Also put forward the design method through each strategy,and take the practiced design project during graduated period as an example to raise the viewpoint.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction:as part of the opening,the background of this research,the purpose and significance of the research and the research status at home and abroad are discussed and the object of study is explained.The second part,the study of environmental behavior theory and library behavior:introduces the theory of environmental behavior and extracts its related theories,and puts forward five theoretical points for library space research,which are used as the research direction and design strategy,method proposed.The main part of the library behavior research,through the field research and summarizes the activities of the library activities and behavioral needs,psychological needs,public behavior and psychology,is the starting point of the strategy proposed below.The third part,Research on compound type of reading space under diverse behaviors:the composite under the outdoor reading space and indoor reading space and reading function between the complex were discussed.In the fourth part,under the environmental behavior study,this paper discusses the spatial order of the overall spatial order,the layout of the reading space and the distribution in the library according to the theory of environmental behavior.-In the fifth part,the research on the compound strategy of reading space based on environmental behavior is put forward from the aspects of promoting participation,promoting interaction and promoting experience.The design method of outdoor generalized reading space and indoor open reading space is put forward.The sixth part concludes:summarizes the research conclusion,summarizes the shortcomings,and puts forward the prospect of the future development of the library space.
