Municipal drainage pipeline network renovation projects are complex engineering projects involving multiple risk factors that require effective risk management.This paper identifies the sources of risk in municipal drainage pipeline network renovation projects from the perspective of the general contracting unit,using methods such as literature analysis,expert interviews,and questionnaires.A risk evaluation index system consisting of four levels and twenty indicators is established.Then,a quantitative evaluation of the risks of municipal drainage pipeline network renovation projects is conducted using a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),entropy weight method,and cloud model.An empirical analysis is carried out using a case study of a certain city.Finally,based on the results of the risk evaluation,this paper proposes corresponding risk response measures and suggestions,providing a new method and idea for risk management of municipal drainage pipeline network renovation projects.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:First of all,this article defines the concepts related to the risk of municipal drainage network renovation projects,and expounds the relevant theories of engineering risk,laying a foundation for the risk management of municipal drainage network renovation projects.Secondly,through literature review and expert advice,risk factors were identified and the risk assessment index system for the municipal drainage network renovation project was established.Thirdly,based on the establishment of a risk evaluation index system,the logical relationship between risk indicators is analyzed using Delphi method,and the relationship between indicators is scored using expert scoring method.The weights of the first and second level risk indicators are calculated using AHP method;Then calculate the weights of the first and second level risk indicators based on the entropy weight method,and then calculate the combined weights based on the AHP-entropy weight method.On this basis,establish a risk evaluation model based on the AHP-entropy weight combined weighting cloud model.Finally,taking a municipal drainage network renovation project in Fujian Province as an example,the risk level evaluation was conducted.Calculate the characteristic parameters of each indicator cloud model and generate a cloud map,and then obtain the overall risk assessment level of the project and the risk level of each variable through the cloud map.Use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate project cases,compare the evaluation results of the cloud model with the results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,contrast results are consistent,verify the conclusions of the cloud model risk evaluation model,and finally propose risk countermeasures based on the cloud model research conclusions.
