With the development of city and the implementation of power grids, dry-type transformer earns widespreadly use because it is small, low loss, safe, reliable and simple to mainten. Noise of the dry-type transformer has been paid more and more attention to because of its widely used in business center, office, residential and other people working and living place. How to control the dry-type transformer noise has become a very important task.ecause of the special performance of the structure of amorphous alloy transformer, high noise is an important factor which restricted its Promotion. The subject of amorphous alloy transformer on machine vibration and noise from experimental research has found out that vibration mainly come from its core. This paper has researched on the vibration characteristics of single core amorphous alloy transformer under the different boundary supports, the relation between the support and vibration. The purpose of reduction the amorphous alloy transformer vibration and noise has achieved. The results show that the vibration and noise of amorphous alloy dry type transformer can be suitably declined by changing the core's supporting conditions. COMSOL Multiphysics is a multi-physics coupling calculation software. Through the multi-physics coupling simulation, appropriate boundary conditions can reduce the core vibration.Reactor vibration is due to the structure itself. The central issue of dry type shunt reactor is the special structure of core. Up to date, dry type shunt reactor vibration is a difficult problem. We have studied the vibration characteristics of core and coil in dry type shunt reactor under galvanical working conditions, the spectrum characteristics of vibration noise at different times, as well as the real source generating the vibration noise of large-scale dry type shunt reactor for the first time in the paper. It is found that the overall core structure frequency changes with the decline of the air gap elasticity modulus of the core, causing low-frequency concentration of the core structure and the entire 100Hz frequency. It is proved that the air gap changes in material properties lead to the changes in vibration characteristics of the system by finite element anaysis. Again, specific measures have been proposed to control the vibration and noise, and make the vibration and noise of large-scale dry type shunt reactor reduce effectively with the noise reduction for about 15dB.
