With the continuous improvement of the people's living standards,the contradiction between the increase in the number of private cars and the slow growth of parking spaces has become more and more serious.Therefore,the study of the three-dimensional garage has important significance.In this paper,the vertical circulation type of three-dimensional garage for the research carrier,its drive methods for research,and most of the three-dimensional garage using a motor drive is different from the hydraulic system used here as a power element to drive the operation of the three-dimensional garage.The emphasis of this paper research is the hydraulic control system of the garage swing system.Based on the hydraulic transmission,the direction and flow of the hydraulic oil are controlled by the electro-hydraulic servo control technology so as to control the rotary motion of the hydraulic motor.It mainly studies the influence of the change of the system performance parameters on the system characteristics,and conducts related research on the angle control system and the speed control system of the hydraulic motor.Taking the PCX16 DX.YD.YL vertical circulating garage as the research object,the optimization design of the garage hydraulic drive system is studied.First of all,through the force analysis of the vertical circulation transmission mechanical part of the three-dimensional garage,the load range that the valve-controlled hydraulic motor drive system needs to bear is obtained to prepare for the design of the hydraulic system.Determine the slewing mechanism of the hydraulic system and the form of the drive hydraulic system,preliminarily design the principle of the slewing hydraulic system and draw the schematic diagram.According to the calculated load data,the design requirements of the garage and the schematic circuit of the hydraulic servo system designed,the hydraulic power mechanism was optimized to match the output characteristics of the hydraulic motor with the load characteristics,and the main parameters of each component were calculated.Selection.Then,with the application of simulation technology in the hydraulic field,the computer simulation software MATLAB was used to simulate and analyze the hydraulic servo system of the vertical circulating garage.The theoretical analysis of the position control system and the speed control system was conducted respectively,and the transfer function of each link was deduced.Finally,the transfer function of the hydraulic motor shaft rotation angle to the valve coredisplacement,the transfer function of the hydraulic motor shaft rotation angle to the external load moment and the transmission of the speed control system were deduced function.Finally,the dynamic analysis of the servo control system is carried out.The main control parameters of the position control system and the speed control system are analyzed respectively.By changing the main system performance parameters to observe the changes of the system performance,the main factors influencing the dynamic characteristics of the garage system are studied.The transformation mainly includes changes in the load torque,changes in the moment of inertia,changes in the hydraulic damping ratio,changes in the gradient of the servo valve port area,and so on,which provide a theoretical basis for the processing design of the garage control system.
