Energy as an important foundation supports the development of the times and society.Due to China's national conditions,fossil energy,such as coal,accounts for a large proportion of our country's energy.In contrast,oil and natural gas account for a relatively small proportion and cannot meet China's energy demand for a long time.In view of the uneven distribution of electricity caused by the imbalance in the distribution of fossil resources,China's economic development is limited to a certain extent.Today,high-voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission can optimize energy allocation in China,and building smart switchyards can more easily coordinate energy distribution.At the same time,the adjustment of the energy industry structure has led to the construction of a large number of wind power and optoelectronic projects.The construction period of conventional intelligent switchyards cannot meet the needs of grid-connected progress.The pre-installed intelligent switchgear has emerged with the advantages of short construction period,small floor space,minimal commissioning work,and unreliable terrain.The paper first introduced the concept and principles of photovoltaic power generation.According to the current energy structure,the advantages of photovoltaic power generation are described.Secondly,the structure of the photovoltaic power station is described in detail,and the function of each part of the photovoltaic power station is described briefly.The photovoltaic power generation system is mainly off-grid,grid-connected,and hybrid,and on the basis of the composition structure,each type is distinguished.The difference in the system.The functional modules of the pre-installed switchgear station and the design of the pre-installed switchgear station's primary and secondary systems are described in detail again,including the primary system configuration,the layout of the screen cabinet,the electrical interface of the panel,and the specifications followed,the relay protection,and the dispatch,power supply,implementation functions,screen cabinet layout,screen connection,etc.,through the optimization of the internal layout of the screen cabinet to improve the device panel wiring,proposed a single cabin double row of prefabricated cabin layout program.For the auxiliary system,the ventilation and lighting system structure design and rain protection structure design are also described.Finally,with the example of 24.2MWp village photovoltaic power station in Longquan Town,Huguan County,the overall design of the photovoltaic system will be described in detail.It involves the selection of the cell modules,arrangement of light arrays,selection of inverters,and final power generation.Calculations.After power generation,the switch station is required to protect,monitor and measure the electrical energy,and the pre-installed switchgear station can effectively cooperate with the inverter unit,confluence unit and booster unit of the photovoltaic area to reduce the power transmission loss,and real-timely monitor the operation of the electrical equipment of the entire station.In addition,the timely sharing of video image data enabled the combination of intelligent and new energy,optimized the allocation of power resources,and improved the efficiency of photovoltaic power plant systems.
