Engineering supervision is an important participant in the current construction industry.As Chinese socialist construction continues to deepen and develop,the demand for various constructions remains high.As an important part of the project implementation,project supervision will continue to play an important role in all types of construction needs.Although China has now formed a complete supervision and management system,there are still many problems in the project supervision,especially the supervision personnel's management problems are particularly prominent.The supervision industry has experienced rapid development for a short period of30 years,revealing many problems,such as: the overall quality of project supervision personnel is low,the turnover rate of the company's engineering supervision personnel is high,and the salary and compensation are poor.However,the project supervisor as the main body of the supervision industry,its comprehensive professional quality and professional skills will directly determine the level of supervision services.The non-standard management system and operation mode of the project supervisor will directly restrict the development of the company.Therefore,the establishment of a sound project supervision management personnel management system and operating mode,not only can bring a higher quality of service,to achieve a healthy development of the company,but also has great significance for the development of the supervision industry.This article first analyzes the current situation of management of construction project supervisors on the basis of demand level theory and two-factor incentive theory,and points out that current management of supervisors mainly includes low pay,inactive work,serious personnel loss,and low comprehensive quality.Problems such as non-standard management.Secondly,on the basis of the human resources system management system and incentive theory,combined with the characteristics of the supervision industry,the management system and organizational structure of the supervision and management personnel of the engineering construction were studied and analyzed,and the operation mode of the management system was constructed.From the personnel recruitment and pre-post The operation flow of training,probation period,formal induction,and off-site training were analyzed.Finally,taking Qingdao G Company as an example,the company's project supervisors' statistics on the proportions of men and women,salary,age,and number of years of employment,etc.,were analyzed,the existing management methods of project supervision personnel were analyzed,and the management system of project supervision personnel after optimization was displayed.The superiority of its operation mode,and the prediction of the effect of the mid-late period.This paper adopts a combination of literature research method,inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning method,and a combination of theory and practice based on case studies to optimize the management system of engineering supervision personnel,demonstrating its dynamic,all-directional,and full-process management.Based on the mode of operation.The economic and social benefits are significant,which improves the quality and efficiency of the supervision personnel and promotes the overall quality of the supervisors.
