The Application Of BIM In Department Of Interior Design Professional Cooperative Research

The strong momentum of the information process has played an increasingly important role in the economic field.The construction industry plays an important role in the national economy,which is closely related to the national economic development and the people's livelihood.The development of the construction industry makes people not only pay attention to the external appearance of architecture,but also pay attention to the inner structure of architecture,thus creating interior design.It can be said that interior design is the re-creation of architectural design,which is the embodiment of "inner beauty" in architectural design.The informationization of interior design is an important driving force for improving design efficiency and improving management level.It is also an important means for the whole interior design field to leapfrog development.Not only that,the informationization of interior design is also an important way to realize the intellectualization and synergism of interior design,promote the extension of construction industry,and thus achieve sustainable development.As the information integration technology,BIM makes up the shortcomings of the collaborative design of CAD and other auxiliary design software and the inconsistent construction information.Will lead interior design leap forward.Basic flow based collaborative management,by using the instance analysis and combining the day letter building project case,for BIM in the department of interior design professional cooperative study,mainly do the following work:(1).Through the literature,clear BIM collaborative technology in the construction field especially the necessity of the application of the field of interior design.(2).Through the analysis of BIM technology and synergy theory,this dissertation studies the synergy mode of BIM in indoor design professional collaboration and professional collaboration,gives a collaborative specification process based on BIM interior design specialty,and constructs a collaborative platform based on BIM interior design and the creation of working process.(3).Through the case of collaborative application of BIM in the interior design of a building,the applicability of the collaborative platform based on BIM interior design is verified.The effect is obvious in information transmission and collaborative design,and the synergy efficiency is improved and the accuracy of information transmission is ensured.The research results of this dissertation have solved the problems such as inconsistent information of collaborative information in indoor design,low efficiency of traditional synergy and unreasonable coordination of cooperation,which can provide reference and support for the application of multi professional and cooperative BIM in the interior design of large commercial buildings.
