With the use of large power and hexie locomotives,the integrated and modular design principles are adopted for the hexie locomotives and the existing brake model cannot guarantee the reliability of the brake system in the new model in a long term.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the locomotive,we found that the application of the 6A brake subsystem of the vehicle system can effecti vely monitor the key state parameters of the braking system in the running locomotives,like the brake modules and the air source device and the brake pipe system.On the one hand,the abnormal situation can be detected by the on-line stare on the 6A audio,the train driver can be warned by the emergency guidance for driving safety accidents caused by improper manipulation;on the other hand,the locomotives braking fault can be located and checked by the linkage analysis of the monitoring data of the 6A system under the line.In recent years,China Rail Corp has invested a lot of traffic safety equipment,such as vehicle mounted monitoring device,locomotive mounted safety protection system(6A)and so on.All the safety equipment,including the locomotive control and monitoring system,records the process data of the locomotive running in real time.These data can not only help the emergency troubleshooting and the analysis or discrimination of the accident,but also play an extremely important role in th e formulation of the locomotive maintenance scheme.Therefore,it is necessary to change the maintenance mode of existing overhaul and blindly repair to form a new model of dynamic repair and value repair to ensure the control of locomotive quality and maintenance cost.
