In the course of transportation,precision instruments suffer from varying degrees of vibration,which seriously reduces their precision and service life.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a multi-dimensional vibration isolation platform to provide the precision instrument with a stable working environment.In this paper,taking the multi-dimensional vibration isolation platform as the main research object,the performance indexes such as kinematics,dynamics and workspace were studied from the aspects of theory,simulation and experiment,and the effect of vibration isolation is verified.The main contents are as follows:1.According to the technical requirements of multi-dimensional vibration isolation platform,the type synthesis of the mechanism is carried out based on the GF set theory,and the scheme of vibration isolation platform with 4-UPU parallel mechanism was proposed and selected as the optimal configuration for further study.2.The performance of multi-dimensional vibration isolation platform with 4-UPU parallel mechanism,including kinematics,dynamics and workspace,was analyzed.With the workspace,static stiffness and dexterity as the objective function,the basic dimensions of the multi-dimensional vibration isolation platform were optimized.Based on the dexterity index,the optimal working range of vibration isolation platform was determined.3.The vibration response model of multi-dimensional vibration isolation platform was established,and the vibration excitation of road surface was equivalent to the superposition of multiple sinusoidal excitations by means of harmonic superposition method.The vibration response of the proposed multi-dimensional vibration isolation platform under the condition of damped forced vibration was analyzed,and the theoretical vibration isolation effect was obtained.4.The simulation models of multi-dimensional passive vibration isolation platforms were established in ADMAS,and the simulationresults of the vibration isolation effect were analysed and compared with the theoretical ones.In the simulation of the active vibration isolation model,the predictive control algorithm was adopted and the results verify the superiority of active vibration isolation method.5.The experimental prototype was designed and manufactured,and the experimental study was carried out.The main work includes:structure design,drawing and assembly of the prototype,the experimental system design and the experimental platform construction.The results verify the effectiveness of the vibration isolation platform proposed in this paper.In this paper,the vibration isolation effect of multi-dimensional vibration isolation platform was studied from the view of theory,simulation and experiment,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the promotion and transformation of the multi-dimensional vibration isolation platform.
