The Research And Design Of Electric Vehicle AC Charging Pile

With the development of society and economy,people need to consume more energy,and now most of the energy is non-renewable.At the same time,the use of these energy sources will cause environmental pollution.While automobiles are one of the major sources of energy consumption and environmental pollution,the development of electric vehicles is an important way to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution.The electric vehicle AC charging pile is the necessary infrastructure for the use of electric vehicles.Therefore,while vigorously developing electric vehicles,it is necessary to promote the construction of AC charging piles for electric vehicles.This thesis combines the 2015 version of electric vehicle charging interface and communication protocol national standard,industry standard and various functions and indicators required by the company,designed a set of LPC1768 microcontroller-based electric vehicle AC charging piles and backstage management system.First,the functional requirements of this topic are analyzed,and the hardware circuit design is performed according to the modular design concept.The system includes a microcontroller module,a power supply module,a control guidance module,an electrical protection module,an electrical energy measurement module,a human-machine interaction module,a transaction settlement module,a communication module,etc.This thesis organically combines these modules and designs an exchange.The hardware circuit of the charging pile and the related code are written to realize the basic function of the AC charging pile.At the same time,the backstage management system of AC charging pile was designed,and the design of the database and the construction of the server were carried out.Think PHP was selected as the development framework,lay UI as the frontend framework,and workerman as the server framework to process the data uploaded by the charging station to perform rapid development of the backstage management system.The backstage management system has multiple functions such as account management,charging card management,charging pile management,and charging pile monitoring,so that the management personnel can check the status of each charging pile and the charging data in the charging process at anytime and anywhere via a website login.After a lot of tests,the AC charging piles and backstage management systems designed in this thesis accord with various functional requirements of the company's requirements and have been put into the market.
