Although electric vehicle charging piles are so popular in 2016,it often appears that electric cars and AC charging piles are not compatible.This is because the ?control guide function? and ?connection confirm function? can only guarantee the physical connection,but cannot show whether the charging is taking place.Charging parameters may not be configured.In order to solve this problem,this put the communication control function of a DC charging station onto an AC charging pile,so that it can obtain information from the electric vehicle battery and provide a prerequisite for charging.Because all the information has been identified,we have no opportunity to add a new telecommunication protocol/system onto a charging cable;so,a power line carrier is used.This have decided to begin research on PLCs and charging control.First of all,this analysed the background of the new energy automotive industry,expounding the reasons and purposes for researching AC charging piles.Then,this proposed solutions to the problems according to the situation in the form of projects,discussed three different ways of electric vehicle charging,and introduced development structures at home and abroad.This had also detailed a description of a battery management system's structure and function.Because the topic used the power line carrier,this introduced the development,technical theory and the core problem of using this method.Secondly,this looked at the power line carrier chip and micro controller chip,including the PLC chip's application,the function module circuit(including the power supply module,modem module,coupling interface circuit module,control module and so on),then designed the circuit schema using ?Altium Designer?.This also developed communication protocols and the communication process using ?ST Visual?,and tested the power line carrier transceiver's actual parameters.Finally,according to the New National Standard of Charging Process,this formulated a data format and charging flow parameters.This used two computers simulated charging piles and tested the battery management functionality by dedicated control software which developed in ?Visual Studio C#?.The software was optionized to save electricity.This also tested the charging control effect.In conclusion,this achieved my goal of electric vehicle charging management and intelligent control.
