| In the field of production and manufacturing,Reasonable production line design can not only reduce the cost input of enterprises,but also improve product quality and production efficiency,At the same time,it is also convenient for enterprises to manage and control production and expand the scale of production,Whether the design of production line is reasonable or not is directly related to the benefit of the enterprise,Therefore the rational design of the production line has become one of the most important issues that should be considered before the production of the products of manufacturing enterprises.As a newly listed nestling company,Harbin L Company is facing the problem of how to expand the scale of enterprises,improve production capacity and seize more market share,Taking the newly introduced Prisma-E distribution box of Harbin L electric company as the research object,combined with the related theoretical knowledge of industrial engineering,this paper designs an efficient and reasonable distribution box production line for the company.At first,the production mode of the distribution box products of the company is backward,and the original one-person production form is adopted,the efficiency is low,the capacity is low,and the market demand cannot be met,Secondly,the necessity of introducing Prisma-E distribution box and designing income production line is explained,analysis of Assembly Action of Prisma-E Distribution Box by using Dabaoyi Software,split the assembly action into multiple minimum operating units and calculate the standard operating time,At the same time,the minimum operation units are assigned to 6 workstations in the assembly order.According to the product assembly sequence constraint,reformulate the process flow,divide the work task of each workstation,Using 0-1 integer programming model combined with LINGO software balance production line,the optimized assembly flow and the process allocation of each workstation are obtained,the balance efficiency of the production line is 95.625%,the minimum balance loss rate is 0.075,and the smooth index of production line is 1.895.Under the condition that the environment of production workshop is invariable,the layout of workshop is optimized,the existing space is rationally utilized,and the responding production area is divided,which can meet the production needs and can be adjusted at any time to cope with the changes of the market,This paper designs two corresponding material handling schemes,such as material handling route of spare parts and shell and logistics route of finished product,in order to provide guarantee for material flow in production line.Finally,the production line simulation model of Prisma-E distribution box is constructed by using the simulation software WITNESS,At the same time,with 8 hours of work day as the limit,the load rate of each station is 99.96 and 99.85,respectively.It is 97.73% and 96.22% respectively,no production line obstruction,damage and so on,the model operation effect is good,accord with the design intention,meet the production requirements,and also verify the feasibility of the research project.In this paper,the industrial engineering method,integer programming model optimization algorithm and WITNESS simulation are used to design the production line of the new product for the enterprise.It has corresponding theoretical and practical significance. |
