Recently, how to quickly respond to market changes, how to enhance the overallefficiency of the assembly line, how to realize the synchronization production, and how toreduce the number of working procedure in the process become more and more importantfor enterprises. In enterprises, the production line balancing rate can be used to evaluatethe level of assembly line balancing.The production line smooth index can be used toevaluate the distribution of working time on the assembly line.To some extent, theproduction line balance rate can represent the utilization rate of equipment, personnel onthe assembly line, which limit the promotion of enterprise’s production capacity.With the continuous development of society, how to quickly respond to marketchanges, how to enhance the overall efficiency of the assembly line, how to realize thesynchronization production, and how to reduce the number of working procedure in theprocess become more and more important for enterprises. In enterprises, the productionline balancing rate can be used to evaluate the level of assembly line balancing.Theproduction line smooth index can be used to evaluate the distribution of working time onthe assembly line.To some extent, the production line balance rate can represent theutilization rate of equipment, personnel on the assembly line, which limit the promotion ofenterprise’s production capacity.Firstly, the research background is expounded in the paper which introduces theassembly line balancing and the human resources configuration in domestic and abroad.Then related theory summary of the assembly line production system and human resourcesallocation are introduced. With measuring hydraulic steering gear assembly line, in thedetermining the operating elements of time, dividing the work position, a mathematicalmodel of the assembly line production system is built and the optimization is carried outon the assembly line balance. Based on the personnel allocation and assignment problem,the staffing assignment problem is described in detail, the configuration model is built tosolve the problem of personnel allocation. Finally, the main functions of the Witnesssimulation software and entity module are introduced, using which to simulate theassembly line production system, to verify the effectiveness of the improved scheme.
