Research The Implementation Of Product Life Cycle Management System Of EQ Company

With the development of the market economy,the production mode of the equipment manufacturing industry has gradually changed from the traditional batch production of a single model to a customized production model of muti-variety and small batch production.With the increasing demand for personalized product design by users,Enhanced,product replacements are faster and faster,and product life cycles are getting shorter and shorter;and new product designs are becoming more and more complex,thus improving product development efficiency,reducing product design and manufacturing costs,and shortening product availability.The cycle has become a serious challenge for companies.In the increasingly fierce competitive environment,enterprises want to occupy the dominant position in the market,they urgently need to rely on new technologies to achieve enterprise information,through information management methods to comprehensively improve the company’s production and operating efficiency,shorten the product development cycle.Product life-cycle management(PLM)is a product information management technology that covers the whole life cycle from product design,process,manufacturing,sales,use,maintenance to end-of-life processing.At present,enterprise information construction has been widely used in all aspects of product design,manufacturing,and management.Various technologies and systems such as CAD,CAPP,PDM,ERP,and MES have become more popular;therefore,the use of PLM technology will make the system relevant.The integration can realize the sharing and management of enterprise knowledge data,thereby improving the company’s production efficiency,reducing product management costs,and enhancing the company’s market competitiveness.This article systematically studies the equipment manufacturing enterprise EQ company’s implementation of the product life-cycle management system(PLM).The author first collected a large amount of literature and data to comprehensively explain the implementation background and research status of the PLM system.The theory of management and the functions and implementation methods of the PLM system are briefly introduced,laying the theoretical foundation for the research of the project;secondly,the current situation of product development management and information of EQ companies is combed,and the existing PLM system implementation of EQ company exists.Analysis of issues and needs;optimization of key business solutions such as product data management,structure management,configuration management,system integration,and change management;and then,from the perspective of project management,explore strategies for implementing management problems in PLM systems and conduct projects Implementation;Finally,the value and implementation benefits of the PLM system were analyzed and summarized.The research in this paper has a high reference value and reference for implementing PLM system in equipment manufacturing industry...
