As a large aircraft manufacturing enterprise,it is necessary to research the manufacturing collaborative technology in digital environment and build a high collaborative information platform.Technological equipment that is in the process of aviation product manufacturing,in order to improve labor efficiency,ensure product quality,guarantee the technological process result from professional design and manufacture of standard technological equipment,assembly technological equipment,mould,fixture,testing equipment,ground equipment,model and the auxiliary technological equipment,etc.The cycle and cost control of technological equipment design and manufacturing directly affects the development cycle and profit of main products.Therefore,the collaborative development and manufacturing of technological equipment products need to be designed and manufactured collaborative and manufacturing process collaborative in a digital environment.Through the integrated application of related information system,this paper finally realizes the whole life cycle management from design to scrap.Construct a management model,that 3D mathematical model is the only basis for production,computer aided processing design and PLM,technological equipment design,processing management,production control,budget control,cost control,warehouse management,and other various collaborative.Firstly,this paper studies the development process based on characteristics of technological equipment.puts forward the application and exploration of the informationization system in the whole life cycle management of technological equipment based on the budget control strategy,and combined with the business to put forward the platform business functional structure.Secondly,the paper discusses three key technologies,including technological equipment application and design processing,Collaboration of processing management and control production processing,warehouse management.Through the construction of budget control and cost accumulation strategy,the realization of the collaborative design method,the production and manufacturing of the project based on the pull plan,and the warehouse management of all kinds of tooling,elaborates on the work content and business process realization of the Aircraft deve lopment and production management information system based on the budget control strategy.Finally,This paper discusses the implementation method of relevant platform through the modern design,establish an enterprise-level intercommunication between design,manufacturing,warehouse,repair and other business links,and ensure that the data is transmitted and Shared among various businesses.At the same time,the maximum degree is based on the budget to controlling cost,and the cost collection is completed according to the information system data collection.Through the individual-level refinement cost control method of technological equipment and tools,the management of various electronic processes and electronic forms driven by task flow is realized,in order to ensure the whole life cycle management and application coordination for the aircraft main product development process.
