Operation Mode And Application Of Integration For Personnel In Manufacturing System Based On Product Life Cycle

Integration is one important method to solve the mass problems in manufacturing system, personnel occupies the core position in manufacturing system, and the integration of personnel is an important content in the integration of manufacturing system. Current research on the integration of manufacturing system contains: information integration (like computer integrated manufacturing), process integration (like lean production,concurrent engineering), inter-enterprise integration (like agile manufacturing,networked manufacturing), knowledge integration. These researches have achieved great success, but the current technologies and methods of integration are insufficient in the research on the personnel in manufacturing system. For these reasons, the respond ability and information dynamic feedback ability of the manufacturing enterprise are largely decreased, and the benefits of the integration of informationalized system are affected. Hence, combined with the product life cycle theory, the integration of personnel in manufacturing system is researched in this paper.First of all, the concept of the manufacturing system based on product life cycle was introduce, the structure of the human resource in manufacturing system and their current status of information interaction are analyzed. Based on these analyses, a operation mode of the integration of personnel in manufacturing system based on product life cycle was proposed. The target system and support system were detailedly introduced.Secondly, three operation clue of the operation mode of the integration of personnel in manufacturing system based on product life cycle was introduced. The word flow clue for the integration of the personnel in manufacturing system based on product life cycle was put forward after the revealment of the relativity between personnel and manufacturing activity work flow. The details of personnel in manufacturing system taken part in product design was analyzed, based on which the product design clue for the integration of the personnel in manufacturing system based on product life cycle was brought forward. The distribution of personnel in manufacturing system in space was analyzed, the information interaction difficulty caused by this distribution was discussed, and the space operation clue for the integration of the personnel in manufacturing system based on product life cycle was proponded. At last, this mode was applied in one manufacturing enterprise, and achieved preferable application effect. The personnel integration mode and other application details were introduced.
