The emergence of Shared Economy has resulted in the rapid development of shared transport,and Shared e-Bike is gradually gaining popularity,which has the advantages of saving energy,speed,etc compared with Shared Bike,it is expected to solve the problem of Shared e-Bike charging based on magnetic resonance coupled wireless charging technology.A suitable driving source needs to be designed aiming at the front stage of the magnetic resonance wireless power transmission technology and it can be concluded that the linear power amplifier technology and the switching power amplifier technology through the domestic and foreign research on the driving source technology.The switched power amplifier is very suitable for the field of wireless charging because of the advantages of high efficiency,high power and so on.Preceding stage DC power is needed to meet the requirements of the power of the switching power amplifier driver,so 1000V(500W)switching power supply is designed to meet lithium batteries for shared e-Bike charging power requirements.Dual switch flyback is finally chosen as the preceding stage DC power supply circuit topology By briefly comparing several topological circuits.A detailed system scheme is designed for Dual switch flyback topology.Mainly including the current work program design in the main inverter circuit,the discontinuous current mode and the current control mode is applied;and single-ended flyback topology is applied in the auxiliary power supply topology design.According to the program developed,a detailed hardware circuit is designed.The control circuit of converter is designed based on UC3825A;four Independently-Switched flyback auxiliary Power Supply is designed based on TOP258GN;in addition,digital control display circuit is designed based on IAP15F2K60S2 microcontroller.In view of the high working frequency of the main circuit,the effect of the oversize distribution capacitance of the transformer on the control loop is solved by the scheme of the transformer section winding.The experimental results show that the system works reliably and meets the index of the preceding stage adjustable DC power supply.
