| In recent year,automobile have become an important means of transportation with the automobile industry developing rapidly in our country.In the meantime,economic losses and casualties owing to automobile traffic accident are increasing rapidly.Automobile pole side impact is one of automobile traffic accidents which is the most damaging to occupant in automobile.In order to reduce the damage which come from pole side impact accident,taking measures though installing high strength material side door beam inside automobile door and improving the structure of side door beam generally.The purpose of these mesures are for improving automobile side anti-impact capability.Therefore,researching the structure of side door beam has great significance.According to guidance of correlative theories,This paper modelled and analyzed by means of 3D modeling software and finite element simulation software.First of all,it analyzed structure of frequently-used side door beam by searching relevant literature.This paper put forward two different improveing schemes based on structure of frequently-used side-door beam.This paper created the side door beam 3D-model which before and after structural improved independently by CATIA software.Putting forward two different impact conditions based on the related content in the EURO-NCAP regulation and the FMVSS214 regulation and creating side column impact finite element model with different schemes by ANSYS Workbench software independently.Then solving the keyword file by LS-DYNA software.What's more,compared and analyzed the different impact conditions' simulation result though deformation and energy conversion in collision process.It is shows that anti-impact capability of side door beam with two different improved schemes and the automobile door installed improved side door beam are improved simultaneously.The intended purpose achieved basically.Finally,summarized this paper and prospected the after research content. |
