| The key technologies and application of mountain highway tunnel construction safety protection under complex conditions is currently a hot topic in tunnel research.Many aspects are still at the stage of experience and exploration,such as advanced prediction,prevention and control technology of poor construction geological disasters.During the construction of the tunnel,the topography and geomorphology conditions,hydrogeology and engineering geological conditions of the project area are extremely complex,and may encounter many complexities such as karst and water inrush,mud and gas harmful gases,and collapse of large collapsed caverns at the entrance.In this paper,based on the Baitao tunnel group in Fuling,in view of the construction of the tunnel group and the relevant data of monitoring data,combined with the construction of advanced geological prediction,monitoring,measurement work and corresponding numerical simulation analysis,the main comprehensive analysis of research methods and numerical simulation The law studied the key technologies and applications for construction safety protection of the Baitao tunnel group.The main results are as follows:(1)According to the geological survey data of the Baitao tunnel group,the types,causes and effects of the bad geological disasters that may exist in the Baitao tunnel group are emphatically analyzed from the topography and geomorphology and the geological hydrology;(2)This paper systematically introduces the advance prediction technology of tunnel,compares the advantages and disadvantages of each prediction method in detail,and selects the comprehensive prediction method for the characteristics of the Bai Tao tunnel group,and combines the detection results and monitoring measurements to analyze the causes and effects of the main construction bad geological types and give reasonable suggestions;(3)Using the Midas/GTS software,the numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the specific characteristics of the Baitao tunnel group,and the key technical parameters of the tunnel construction are determined.According to the monitoring data of the construction,the reasonable support time of the two lining is determined;(4)To generalize and summarize the bad geological prevention and control technology of tunnel construction,and formulate corresponding prevention and control technology,early warning system and emergency response measures to ensure the implementation of the application of safety and security technology;(5)In view of the complex geological conditions of the Baitao tunnel group,the key technical level of the construction safety guarantee of the mountain ridge highway tunnel under complex conditions is raised by applying the tunnel geological prediction technology,the field monitoring and monitoring,the reasonable construction method,the bad geological disaster prevention and control technology,the emergency response and the emergency plan and so on.Reasonable application to engineering projects will provide references for key technologies and application of similar engineering construction safety assurance.The main new idea of this paper as follows: 1、Combining the combination of TSP,GPR,and infrared detection method,combined geophysical prospecting technology of highway tunnel,combined with the results of engineering geological survey and field monitoring,provides a guarantee for the construction safety of mountain highway tunnel under complex conditions.2、The reasonable length of the tunnel step method and the core soil length of the core soil method are put forward.According to the monitoring data of the construction,the reasonable support time of two lining is put forward,and the key technologies of construction safety support is applied to the actual project. |
