Detection And Analysis Of Asphalt Pavement Roughness In Plateau Based On Laser Flatness Tester

Pavement flatness is generally defined as the irregularity of pavement surface,which adversely affects the driving quality of the vehicle(hence the user).Pavement smoothness is an important pavement characteristic,it not only affects the driving quality,but also afifects the vehicle delay cost,fuel consumption and maintenance cost.How to test and evaluate the smoothness of road surface quickly is a big technical problem currently.For the asphalt pavement under the plateau environment,the flatness of the pavement and the characteristics of road roughness are not known at present.Based on the above problems,the paper has the laser flatness meter,and has tested the roughness of the typical Plateau highway asphalt pavement in Qinghai province,and analyzed it.The main contents and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:1 The ruler,the continuous flatness meter and the bump accumulative instrument and so on the test method carries on the analysis,according to the present each test method characteristic,aimed at the plateau characteristic,has chosen the laser flatness meter as the Qinghai province bituminous pavement smoothness Main method.2 The paper analyzes and introduces the parameter standard of the body evenness instrument and the Unified check of the laser evenness instrument in Qinghai Province,and summarizes the calibration methods of the laser flatness instrument and the measures for the application of the abnormal parameters.3)to Qinghai province G214 line Jiegu to the Nangqian Highway Batang to Nangqian section pavement Engineering,Wulan County Kharihatu Road Road Engineering,G569 Nelson to Datong Road Ketu to Datong section Datong County Connection line Surface project,the Lake East and West road maintenance Big middle Repair project,G109 Line of Qinghai Lake section(Daotang River to large water bridge)to reroute the project and other road to the flatness monitoring.4 The paper analyzes the relativity of the speed of the laser flatness instrument in Qinghai Province,the flatness of road surface in Qinghai province and its deviation,and the overall level of the evenness rate.
