As a part of the elevator guiding system,the plane processing accuracy of elevator T-type guide rail affects the safe and reliable operation of elevator.With the continuous develop-ment of the high-speed elevator industry,in order to ensure the safety and comfort in the process of the elevator operation,the precision of the guide is increasingly demanded.The flatness error of the side of the guide rail is not only an important factor in the vibration of the elevator operation,but also an important component of the quality evaluation of the guide rail.Aiming at the problems of inadequate precision and cumbersome process of traditional manual detection methods,this paper designs a flatness detection system for elevator T-type guide rail.Firstly,this paper introduces the current development trend of elevators,expounds the importance of flatness detection of guide rail,and introduces various flatness detection methods.After comparing and analyzing various flatness detection methods,this paper uses two-dimensional laser sensor to collect plane data and calculate flatness error.Secondly,combined with the national standard of flatness testing of T-type guide rail,various flatness error algorithms are analyzed and the flatness error algorithm suitable for elevator T-type guide rail is selected.In addition,based on the analysis of the system requirements,the overall architecture and workflow of the system are designed and introduced.Then,the hardware platform of the system is designed,and the hardware modules are selected,connected and function designed.The detection platform is built by industrial control computer,two-dimensional laser sensor,motion control board and servo system.On the basis of the hardware platform,combined with multi-threading technology,Teechart Pro tool and database technology,MFC system platform software was developed on VS2010 to realize the automation and informatization of flatness detection of T-type guide rail.Finally,under laboratory conditions,the software and hardware functions are verified and optimized,and the overall system is debugged and run to realize the automatic detection of the flatness of the T-type guide rail.It is of great significance to reduce labor costs and realize the automation of enterprise production by using the detection system. |
