With the continuous acceleration of inland waterway construction in our country,the trend of large-scale vessels in inland river is obvious,and the intensity of ship operation is also increasing geometrically,and the ship capacity is greatly increased.However,at present,the management mode of controlled rivers in many parts of China is still lagging behind,not fully realize informationization,intelligent management,poor infrastructure,and the navigation channel grade is low,the channel information management way backward,channel management strength is weak,single level,the comprehensive benefit is low.Optimizing the setting of control channel signal station can effectively improve the ship traffic rate,reduce the signal burden,ensure the safe passage,and have great economic and social benefits.This paper takes the setting of the control section of Jialing river Linjiangmen Doufushi to Caojie Street as the research object,and puts forward the specific signal station optimization scheme,and discusses the design method based on AIS signal station intelligent command system.In order to improve the automation,informationization and intelligence of the control of river section command,improve the efficiency of waterway operation,reduce the burden of the command personnel,and provide technical support for the safety and unimpeded transportation of waterway transportation.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)This paper investigated the status quo of the control of the signal station of Jialing river Linjiangmen Doufushi to Caojie Street,and studies the principles and methods of its setting.(2)On the basis of the analysis of the channel condition of the navigation section,the specific optimization plan for signal station setting and signal station command based on factors such as integrated waterway,ship and personnel.(3)The design of intelligent command system based on AIS is proposed.Based on the "security standard,the optimal setting," as the goal,to ensure the jialing river Linjiangmen Doufushi to Caojie Street ships under the premise of normal and orderly traffic,through the control of river channel,the analysis of the characteristics of hydrology,meteorology and so on,combined with the current flow through each signal station ship,set optimization for control of the signal stationsetting of the Jialing River in Chongqing Administration provides the technical support.
