Design Of Intelligent Distributed Control System Of Railway Station Signal

Station signal control system is the most critical control system that ensures the train traffic safety and operation efficiency. The station signal control system that is commonly used in our country use computer-based interlocking system and relay circuit to control field devices, it was a centralized structure. With development of electronic technology, communication technology and computer-controlled technology, new type of station signal control system which based on intelligent control device and linked by net control technology was future development orientation.Firstly, this paper studies the architecture of existing station signal control system. Based on this, this paper presents a plan of intelligent station signal control system that is based on Fieldbus network. In this new scheme, using Fieldbus technology to replace the signal transmission cable to achieve distributed control, and using intelligent control unit to replace the relay based executive circuit.The performance of the Profibus network meet the requirements of communication network of station signal control system, this paper put the Profibus-DP communication to realize the communication in station signal control system, and use COMX-100to realize DP communication protocol, based on this design the DP master and slave, finally, achieve the Profibus-DP communication network.Based on technical requirements of ZD6switch machine and signal machine, this paper use TMS570and power electronic devices to complete hardware and software design of intelligent control unit that to control ZD6switch machine and signal machine.Finally, using DFTA method to establish mathematical models of distributed intelligence station signal control system, By using Matlab to draw curve of reliability and safety. In the end discussed the effect on reliability and safety of station signal control system with different failure detection coverage rate.
