| At present,universities and research institutions have more research on PV system and waste heat recovery system,which make more contribution to their development.But in the process of experiment,hot and cold weather conditions should be overcome to acquire experiment data.It hinders the development of energy saving because it not only increases the difficulty of experiment but also leads in experimental error.To solve these problems,a kind of wireless data acquisition and transmission system applied in PV and waste heat recovery system is developed.Firstly,a kind of wireless data acquisition instrument is developed.Programs of wireless data acquisition instrument and sensors are written according to physical quantities acquired and sensors used.After Data acquisition instrument connected with sensors,it acquires data and shows it on the screen.Secondly,communication server used to receive data,database used to store data and network server used to query data are set on cloud data platform.After modifying program and debugging system,data acquired by wireless data acquision instrument can be sent to the cloud data platform.Communication server can receive data and store it in the database.The real-time data can be query through browser on mobile terminal.Thirdly,when system debugged successful,it is applied on PV system platform.After a period of operation,it has high accuracy of data sending and receiving,thus the system has high stability.The main contents are as follows:1.The main hardware composed system that includes wireless data acquisition instrument and sensors two parts.The paper gives a detailed introduction of ATmega 128 MCU,ZLG7289 digital display and keyboard management chip,LM2596 power supply,GTM900-C wireless data transmission module,AD7706 ADC,RS485 communication interface and MAX485 chip.2.The main software composed system that includes RS485 technology,Modbus communication protocol,data acquire process and method,communication server,database and network server on cloud data platform and describe the last three from function,composition and operating principle three aspects.3.Applied situation of system on PV and waste heat recovery system and working principle and function,performance parameters of sensor used are introduced.4.A number of methods summarized to solve problems in experiment process are introduced,which includes errors caused by programming errors,effects to data caused by loading resistance,effects to data caused by power circuit break,effects to data caused by shelter,effects to data caused by high air humidity,abnormity of power data,effects to data caused by power off and effects to data caused by database network ports.The development process of wireless data acquisition and transmission system and its application on building energy are introduced in paper,which has certain reference value for development of wireless data acquisition and transmission system and diagnosing and repairing of common problems. |
