Research On The Reconstruction Of Rural Housing In The Construction Of Characteristic Towns With Cultural Invention

With the coming of the construction upsurge of China's characteristic towns,rural construction has also ushered in a historic and significant development opportunity.The building space of rural housing not only reflects the culture of the propriety and music,but also the daily habits of the peasants,and is an important material carrier of the rural culture.However,in the construction of the existing characteristic towns,there are some problems such as inadequate and unreasonable utilization of the existing rural houses,the incompleteness of the regional culture in the transformation,some architects blindly flaunt individualism and so on.The characteristic town with cultural invention because of the characteristics of cultural creative industry,such as the boundless of industrial convergence,the guidance of consumption driven,the centralization of soft elements and the humanistic feelings of the people,are all the same with the demands of the construction of the characteristic town.It has become an important part of the construction of China's characteristic towns.It plays an important role in inheriting excellent Chinese culture and promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading.This paper,based on the background of the development of characteristic towns with cultural invention,is aimed at exploring the advantages and potential of rural housing in the construction of characteristic towns with cultural invention,through the study of the theory and practical cases of rural housing reconstruction at home and abroad,and combination of the actual situation and the status of rural housing reconstruction and reuse in China.Taking the reconstruction of the rural house in Taidi low-carbon small town in Weishanzhuang Danbidian Village,Daxing District,Beijing as an example,the experience is summarized on this basis,which provides some reference and basis for the transformation of rural houses in the construction of small towns with cultural invention.
