Research On The Design Of Rural Residential Reconstruction

In 2007,Chongqing became China's comprehensive urban and rural reform pilot area.Over the past decade,urban and rural integration has achieved fruitful success.Because of its geographical location,under he impact of urban functional spillover and industrial diffusion,suburban rural areas are more sensitive and active that are faced with the chaos of residential functions,poor space quality and can not meet the needs of production and life.Under such a circumstance,rural residential reconstruction is of great practical significance.Therefore,this paper takes the suburban rural house in the Chongqing area as the research object,to explore principles,methods,and strategies of the rural residential reconstruction,starting from a common mountain village,starting from the basic research,to the perspective of architecture,in order to provide guidance for the practice of transformation in the region and provide reference for relevant theoretical research.The core results of this paper are as follows:(1)Clarify the history of rural residential evolution.In accordance with the age of construction,the evolution of its material,appearance,internal space presents a clear context.Reveal the main factors that influence the evolution of contemporary rural houses and focus on the analysis of the changes in the way of production and life with the change in living demand.(2)Build a rural residential design of the theoretical framework.Firstly,determine the principles of transformation,study the quality of building assessment methods to determine the objectives of the design transformation,summed up the transformation approach.And then discusses the different spatial model of the transformation strategy and different types of technical strategy,and to policy,funding and management support?.(3)Discusses the methods and methods of rural residential design from three aspects of building plane plane,external form renewal and courtyard environment renovation,and applies the strategy to practice to make the design research more realistic.This research study is supported by the National Natural Science Fund Project(2015BAL01B04)“Industrial extension of the suburbs of beautiful rural construction integrated technology integration and demonstration”,with the support of this thesis,the design of the questionnaire,the data acquisition and the overall mentality has a reliable technology and theoretical support.
