The aviation industry plays a role in promoting production and consumption in different fields,and the airstrip is a key indicator for the rapid development of the aviation industry.The construction parameters of the airstrip are much higher than other airport facilities.The development of aviation needs urgently to provide related supporting facilities.In order to ensure that the FL Airways aircraft runway renovation project can be smoothly implemented as planned,the active participation of project managers is of utmost importance.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to thoroughly study how to improve the incentives for managers of aircraft runway improvement projects of FL Aviation fully mobilize the enthusiasm of management personnel,and strive to improve work efficiency.The paper starts with the introduction of domestic and foreign incentive research results,and uses the motivation of FL airline runway improvement project managers as the research object.Based on the relevant knowledge of human resource management and personnel incentives,it uses interviews to understand the incentive status of project managers and uses questionnaire survey methods.Find out the problems existing in the process of incentives for project management personnel,analyze the causes of the problems,and make suggestions for improvement in a targeted manner to ensure the smooth completion of the airstrip retrofit project.First,the basic theory of personnel incentives at home and abroad is organized,and the connotation of human resources management and incentives is outlined.Secondly,it describes the overview of the FL airline runway renovation project,the incentive status of the project managers,and summarizes the problems in the incentives of the project managers.The main problems include the rigid adjustment of the pay and benefits system,the unfavorable adjustment of the work environment,the disharmony of the work environment,and the lack of a clear promotion mechanism.Insufficient training for managers.The causes of problems in the incentives for managers of aircraft runway renovation projects are analyzed.The main reasons are the backwardness of the concept of motivation of senior managers,the lack of democracy and transparency in pay performance,the lack of a human-oriented management philosophy,the smooth implementation of incentive mechanisms,and the distrust of employees.Promotion opportunities.Based on this,it puts forward practical and feasible suggestions for improvement,mainly establishing a reasonable and effective compensationand benefit incentive system,motivating employees to obtain a sense of accomplishment,working hard to improve the working environment and working atmosphere,creating a good career promotion channel,and establishing targeted and sound management personnel training system.The thesis applies the motivation theory to the FL aircraft runway retrofit project in order to benefit the incentives of FL airline runway retrofit project management personnel and play a corresponding role in the smooth implementation of the FL aircraft runway transformation project.
