Research On IT Project Quality Improvement Of KY Civil Aviation Company

In this era of rapid growth in scientific and technological capabilities and strong development in the information field,people's application and dependence on information technology(IT)is increasing,and the quality requirements for information technology projects are increasing with the level of management.With the increasing emphasis on improving quality management methods for information technology projects,researchers continue to seek more effective quality management methods in the management process,and the effectiveness of quality management improvement has gradually improved in this process.To address the management challenge of late delivery of these projects,which is significantly different in quality from standardization.The main content of this paper is the improvement process of IT project quality of KY civil aviation company.Take a domestic civil aviation IT company as an example.First,this article introduces the research background of the selected topic.The related concepts of Information Technology Project and Software Capacity Model Integration(CMMI)are introduced in detail.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of IT project management in recent years,combs the actual problems encountered from it,and studies the factors that affect the quality of IT project,so as to specifically analyze and summarize the root causes that affect the quality of IT project.Finally,based on the CMMI theoretical model and combined with the CMMI-DEV level 3 process domain,the improvement strategy and plan are mainly proposed from four aspects: requirements management process improvement,system design process improvement,system implementation process improvement,and project supervision and control improvement.Finally,the quality management problem of IT projects is solved,and the implementation and guarantee of IT project quality management are further realized.This research has provided effective IT project quality management methods for civil aviation IT companies and similar small and medium-sized IT companies,and helped IT companies improve the quality management process of IT projects.
