The rapid progress of electronic technologies underlies wide application of network,intelligence,multimedia to automobiles,and thereby there is more interest in the on-board display systems in the field of development of automotive electronic products.On the basis of the researches status and development trend of the vehicle electronic products both at home and abroad,this thesis,combined with the practical significance of the development of on-board information display systems,designs an interactive on-board display system for information transmission among users by technologies of Zig Bee,MCU,voice recognition and LED display to realize the effective transmission and exchange of vehicle-mounted information in driving,against the traffic congestion and “road rage disorder”,etc.,caused by the driver's failure to communicate effectively in motion.This design suitable for personal vehicles can be divided into two parts,control and display terminals,by system function.The control terminal uses the PIC18F67K22 MCU as its main control chip,which mainly includes modules of a Bluetooth,a font library,an encoder,voice recognition,voice playback,and indicator feedback,etc.,and can receive the vehicle-mounted information,display instruction and respond correspondingly to achieve control of the display terminal;while the display one employs PIC16F877 A MCU as the main control chip,mainly including modules of Zig Bee communication,EEPROM storage and LED display for the on-board information,and can receive data sent by the control terminal and analyze them to achieve the display of the information.The hardware of the system design uses a software,Altium Designer 16,to complete the design of hardware circuit and PCB;while its software utilizes an integrated development platform,MPLAB IDE,to complete the preparation of the C language program.At the same time,the design of the system fully considers the requirements for the safety,installation convenience and aesthetics of the on-board equipment during the driving process,and completes the design of the installation structure of a on-board system suitable for operation during the process.Finally,through tests of the software and hardware as well as the on-board usage,all the functions of the system are proved to be stable and meet the requirements of system design.
