The Research Of The Old Residential Block Transform Into Beautiful Block

Nowadays,with the national economic development and urban construction,the degree and speed of urban construction in our country are not comparable.However,the disadvantages of the main street areas wide roads have become increasingly prominent.The closed large residential area "pass through blocked",internal road increases the detour distance of urban traffic and reduces the travel efficiency.Lack of branch network brings overload pressure to main road traffic."Car-based" layout makes residents more dependent on car travel,causes the district structure is single,the public facilities are inefficient,the city street vigor to lose and so on.This research is based on the analysis of the current urban residential district mode in Chinese issue.Taking advanced western theory and practice of block system as reference,through field investigation,literature research,case reference,sums up the enclosed old urban residential district into a beautiful block-district planning method.The method provides a practical model for reference in order to strengthen the smooth urban traffic,promote the sharing of urban and residential areas,and create convenient blocks.First,this research expounds the concept of the old residential area,the residential blocks and beautiful block-district.Sum up out of the "small blocks,dense road network" construction characteristics of the mode through comb combing foreign system of theories of the formation of the block,block scale evolution and practice to explore.Secondly,this research proposed the residential district planning five features of the reasonable scale,construction scale,service facilities configuration,building and space environment,block safety management through on the background of the community mode and development course of carding and construction mode of reflection on the model of residential area in our country.From the perspective of the city as a whole,it put forward beautiful blocks planning method of the secondary spatial structure of "road-encircled section-community" in the old residential area through overall perspective as a starting point,from the city put forward by understanding the repair of the base,integration of road network,urban functions,improve the infrastructure,repair project content such as perfecting the city level of older residential area;By property management strategy,demolition implementation plan,perfect infrastructure,constructcommunity center,reconstruction of environment,building renovation of old residential area of various functional issues.In the end,this research applies the method of beautiful block reconstruction to Hanan old community reconstruction and verifies the practicability and rationality of this method with an example.
