As a new form of tourism transportation, the high-speed railway has brought new impetus to the development of the tourism industry and formed a new situation. The arrival of the“high-speed era" has also attracted the attention of the academic community, but most scholars are studying the high-speed railway to the region. When the impact of the tourism economy is mostly based on the trend forecasting method and the contrast method, the results obtained by these two methods are often doped with some other factors, which is not sufficient to directly prove that these effects are caused by high-speed railways alone. The accuracy will be affected slightly. This paper uses the double difference method to perform two-dimension differential analysis, adding some other factors that affect economic growth as control variables,so as to exclude the influence of other disturbance variables, and to better directly examine the relationship between explanatory variables and the explanatory variables. This article first draws lessons from previous research experience, adopts three methods of absolute difference, relative difference and comprehensive difference to measure the difference in tourism economic development of the six cities along the Hunan-Kunming high-speed rail Hunan section, and then adopts the dual difference method, the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway Hunan The six cities along the segment serve as the experimental group, and other cities in Hunan Province that have not yet opened high-speed rails serve as the control group. The dual difference model is used to quantify the impact of the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway on the development of the tourism economy along the cities along Hunan, and also explores the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. The impact of the opening of the railway on the tourism economy of provincial cities along the Hunan Province and non-capital cities along the route. The results of the dissimilarity analysis show that after the high-speed railways in Shanghai and Kunming were opened, the tourism economy in the cities along the Hunan Province has developed to a greater extent. However, due to the differences in the tourism income bases of the cities along the routes, the absolute difference in total tourism revenue still remains. There is a growing trend, and the relative difference is generally a downward trend. The result of Difference In Didfference shows that the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway has a significant role in promoting total tourism revenue in cities along the Hunan Province.Compared to non-along site cities, the average annual increase is 9.246 billion yuan to 10.52 billion yuan, but the number of domestic tourists There is no obvious promotion above. In addition, through the comparison of provincial capital cities along the route and non-capital cities along the route,it is found thatthe growth of total tourism revenue in Changsha, the capital city of the provincial capital along the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway,is approximately 45.57 billion yuan to 57.53 billion yuan more than the non-capital cities along the line. The number of people grows by an average of about 17.74 million to 36.99 million person-times per year, and the distribution of tourists is not uniform. This shows that for non-capital cities along the route, there is still a certain degree of "aisle effect." Through quantitative research, some corresponding suggestions were put forward, which enriched the domestic empirical research on the development of tourism economy.
