The Research Of Post Occupancy Evaluation In Fuzhou Comprehensive Parks

Urban parks have important implications for cities and urban residents.The role of the park is to make the city a better place and to enrich the lives of urban residents.Urban comprehensive parks,as a major type of public green space,are the most important green public spaces in modern cities.The construction of a comprehensive park is very popular.As the service object of the park,the residents of the city are the users of the park,should pay more attention to their actual use in the park and proceed from the user's needs in order to maximize the value of the park.Therefore,this study aims to explore the application of POE method in Fuzhou city comprehensive park,to study the use of comprehensive park in the field,and to construct the POE index system of integrated park.It provides a theoretical basis for the development and construction of comprehensive parks and promotes the comprehensive parks to play a better role.First of all,this paper takes the theory and method of POE as the research support.Based on the exploration of the comprehensive utilization of urban parks,combined with the related research theories and current situation,the research program is selected.Taking West Lake,Hot Spring and Jinshan three Fuzhou City Comprehensive Parks as research examples,correlation analysis is carried out from qualitative and quantitative aspects.Second,starting from the psychological needs of users and combining objective material conditions,accessibility,landscape environment,supporting facilities,and park culture are first-level indicators.The 24 POE options,such as the convenience of coming here,the overall landscape of the park,the convenience of parking(including bicycles),the cultural and historical features and the embodiment of the city's characteristics,were determined respectively,and the POE factor set of the urban comprehensive park was established.Then,we built an evaluation model from two aspects of usage and satisfaction,and conducted an evaluation study on urban comprehensive parks.Summarize the use of group characteristics information and observation of user behavior activities,test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data to form a park satisfaction measurement chart,in order to analyze the user's main needs in the use of the park.Then,based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the weights of the POE factors were determined by expert system consulting and analyzed,and a comprehensive park POE evaluation index system was constructed.Among the first-level indicators,the landscape environment accounts for 40%,indicating that the landscape environment of the comprehensive park has played an important role in the use of the park.Among the secondary indicators,the location of the park's entrances and exits,the convenience of the park's travel,and the overall landscape of the park are relatively more likely to affect the use of the park.According to the index system and on the basis of the satisfaction rating,the selected Fuzhou urban comprehensive park is evaluated synthetically,and the expert evaluation opinion is combined with the user satisfaction opinion.It is concluded that the order of park comprehensive score is hot spring park>Jinshan park>West Lake park,Fuzhou urban comprehensive park has reached a better grade as a whole,and the scientific and practical application of the index system is verified by the actual use.Finally,according to the survey results and comprehensive assessment,summarize the current status and problems of the use of Fuzhou Urban Park.And from the enriching space types,improving user participation,Guiding the flow of people reasonably and increasing the attraction of the region?Perfecting the supporting facilities and improving the use quality of the Park?Strengthening the Construction of Park Culture and improving the quality of Park Culture?Paying attention to Greening Construction and consolidating Environmental Ecology,the five aspects are proposed to improve the corresponding optimization.In order to provide a new reference for the future construction of Fuzhou Park and thinking direction.
