Study On The Post Occupancy Evaluation In XinJiang Urban Comprehensive Park

City park in the process of development gradually appeared many problems: such as parts of the age-old city park,which led to the pieces of Mosaic design,the not perfect function and aged facility;a lot of the invasion in commercial business;and some design,which ignored the psychological and behavioral needs of users.So,taking Hongshan Park in Xinjiang as an example to make the Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)research could provide the basis and reference for similar comprehensive park transformation.The main contents are as follows:1.Based on the theoretical basis of environmental psychology,behavioral science and the Post Occupancy research at home and abroad,we took the Hongshan comprehensive park in Xinjiang as an example via the POE method,the field observation to the current situation of Hongshan Park,in the help of questionnaire survey and so on.We applied the model of POE for the qualitative or quantitative analysis to the surrounding green space system of the park,external traffic and around people,the Garden elements,typical space,characteristics of users and park,and festival activities.Result showed that,the POE of the park was related to geographic location,traffic and the flow of people around it;the Garden elements of tourist satisfaction deviated from expert weight value;the typical space was tedious;and the park's planning and architecture design should consider the crowd structure and its behavior characteristics.2.It is suggested to landscape optimization in five aspects: the park landscape be improved and it be paid more attention to landscape planting design;the functional partition and functions of campus be strongly strengthened;the facilities be more improved and perfect;the Park's sense of history and culture be increased;the Park's management mechanism be optimized.3.In addition,we put forward two more practical and improve methods to solve the concentrated matrix in the analytical hierarchy process(AHP).The two methods were numerical solution of conditional extreme value and the solution of the global extreme value via Matlab software.Taking the Hongshan Park as an example,we applied the model of POE with the qualitative or quantitative analysis to the comprehensive park in Xinjiang.We incorporated the felling of users into landscape design,and gave feasible suggestions for the design of the urban comprehensive parks and landscape transformation.
