Construction Of Comprehensive Evaluation Indicator System Of Traditional Ancient Villages In Yongan And Empirical Research:

With the sustainable development theory,policy process theory,organic renewal theory and dynamic protection theory as the theoretical basis,and the Measures for Evaluating and Identifying Indicator System of Traditional Villages(Interim)promulgated in 2012 as the research foundation and basis of the evaluation indicator system,the Comprehensive Evaluation Indicator System of Traditional Ancient Villages in Yongan is designed based on domestic and foreign corresponding research achievements;and the weight of all levels of indicators is calculated by the expert scoring method.Afterwards,an empirical research is conducted by the questionnaire survey method and the field survey method,so as to produce the current research conditions and the questionnaire survey data.Subsequently,the data is quantified by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the scores of all levels of indicators are calculated,so that Canghai She Village is scored for a comprehensive evaluation and graded according to the preset grading standard.Finally,all levels of indicators are systematically and comprehensively analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed according to the results.The indicator system is established at the target layer,the criterion layer,the sub-criterion layer and the factor layer.Among them,the target layer is the research object of the Comprehensive Evaluation Indicator System of Traditional Ancient Villages in Yongan;the criterion layer is composed of the natural ecological environment of ancient villages,tangible cultural heritage of ancient villages,intangible cultural heritage of ancient villages,protection and management mechanism of ancient villages,development conditions of ancient villages and villager participation of ancient villages;the sub-criterion layer reflects 16 specific secondary indicators under each superior indicator;and the factor layer consists of 36 tertiary content indicators under the 16 secondary indicators.The Comprehensive Evaluation Indicator System of Traditional Ancient Villages in Yongan established is applied in the comprehensive evaluation for traditional ancient Canghai She Village.The evaluation results are relatively objective and true,and can reflect the comprehensive evaluation for traditional ancient Canghai She Village and verify the feasibility of the Comprehensive Evaluation Indicator System of Traditional Ancient Villages in Yongan and the method.The empirical results show that the 16 secondary indicator evaluation results are distributed in the three data fields;the construction scale and the completion degree have the highest score,while the implementation degree of the guarantee mechanism has the lowest score;there are great gaps in the evaluation results between these secondary indicators.Therefore,to further improve the comprehensive evaluation level for traditional ancient Canghai She Village,the strategy includes four aspects:the cultural heritage and Village safeguard mechanism,the adherence to scientific protection concepts and principles,the rational planning and facility construction and the mobilization of villager participation and strengthening of brand awareness.
