Research On Traditional Village Protection Based On AHP-fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

On February 13,2023,the State Council issued the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China State Council on the Key Work of Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization in 2023",pointing out that the central task of building a modern socialist country in the future remains in the rural areas.Traditional villages are the roots of our nation,they are rich in history,culture and art,and we should actively protect and inherit these precious cultural heritages.However,in recent years,China’s urbanization rate has accelerated and the urban population has increased rapidly,traditional villages have gradually declined and fallen into decline,with the phenomenon of hollowing out and aging,resulting in the destruction of the landscape pattern of a large number of traditional villages,the loss of traditional intangible cultural heritage skills and the loss of cultural connotation,etc.The root cause is people’s blurred perception of the value of traditional villages.The proposal of rural revitalization strategy is of great significance to accelerate the protection of cultural heritage,village landscape pattern,economic and industrial development and public facilities construction in traditional villages.This paper takes the traditional village of Chenjia Village in Aixi,Nanchang City as the research object.Firstly,the background and significance of the research related to traditional villages are analyzed.Through in-depth research and understanding of the research objects,processes,contents and methods of traditional village value evaluation systems at home and abroad,the concepts related to traditional villages,basic theories and cases of village protection are analyzed,and the development trend of Aixi Chenjia Village and the current problems of village protection are summarized.At present,there are relatively few studies on the value evaluation of traditional villages in academic circles.Based on the relevant theoretical studies,this paper proposes a relatively complete method and process of traditional village evaluation,including a comprehensive survey of traditional villages in the early stage and a research on the participation of different subjects in objective and scientific evaluation,which yields the value evaluation results and analyzes its intrinsic reasons.Secondly,the current situation of Chenjia Village in Aixi,Nanchang City was investigated.In the survey and research,the current situation of local cultural preservation,cultural customs,historical heritage,village layout and surrounding environment were fully understood,and the value of traditional villages was divided into five aspects: historical,cultural,economic,social and artistic values,which were further refined into 20 index factors.The investigation and evaluation of traditional villages are always centered on their intangible culture,material culture and current environment aspects,and AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are used to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations to improve the scientific and operational aspects of constructing the value evaluation process of traditional villages.Finally,the weights and evaluation results of the indicators of the current situation and value of traditional villages are obtained,the reasons for the results of the evaluation indicators are analyzed,the current situation and resources of Aixi Chenjia Village are explored,its value is comprehensively evaluated,and the principles and strategies for the targeted protection and development of Aixi Chenjia Village are proposed,in order to preserve the regional culture,traditional architecture,handicraft,and folklore of Aixi Chenjia Village intact.It also provides some ideas for the future protection and application of traditional villages.
