Study Of The Evaluation System Of Recreational Fishing Ship Type And The Optimization For Recreational Fishing Ship Type In Xiamen

The selection of ship type is directly related to the operating cost and economic benefit of the ship.Therefore,the ship company must study the ship type carefully and cautiously.The selection of ship type refers to the evaluation and optimization of ship type plan,including three parts: the analysis of influencing factors,the establishment of evaluation index system and the optimization of ship type plan.This study summarizes the experience of recreational fishing ship operated in Xiamen for many years.It also clearly and fully analyzes the basic factors that affect the selection of recreational fishing ship type,especially the ones that affect the selection of speed schemes.A set of evaluation index system suitable for the operation of recreational fishing ship in Xiamen is established on the basis of these research and analysis,which is composed of four indexes,including the present value of total cost,passengers capacity,ship speed and the maturity of ship type.This study summarizes and then refines the experience and lessons that have been accumulated in the selection of recreational fishing boat type in Xiamen for many years.What’s more,it emphasizes how to optimize the alternative recreational fishing boat type.It adopts the form of inviting ship design companies,shipyard senior engineers and ship survey experts to carry out comprehensive evaluation on the relative importance of each factor.It takes the AHP method(AHP)which is advanced and nearly mature to sort and optimize the recreational fishing boat type.Finally,the sorting result will be the optimization of recreational fishing ship type.In this study,the evaluation and optimization of recreational fishing ship type have been successfully completed.It also provides a reference for the future development of the selection of the recreational fishing ship type.
