With the continuous development of China's shipbuilding industry rise,has gradually shifted to high-tech and high value-added shipbuilding powerhouse.In the ship intelligent manufacturing road,you need to master the core technology of ship design and manufacture.Propulsion system as the core of ship power system,the overall performance level determines the performance of the ship is good or bad.In order to improve the design level of ships better,it is of practical significance to conduct a corresponding study on the selection of ship propulsion systems.In this paper,the selection of propulsion system of 10000 DWT river-sea direct bulk carrier is taken as the research object.Firstly,the related theory and method of the propulsion power system design of the ship are researched.Then,the accuracy of CFD technology prediction propeller performance parameter is analyzed.The feasibility of applying CFD technology to the ship-machine-propeller matching design was studied.Finally,based on the EEDI(Energy Efficiency Design Index),the related research on ship host selection was carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)Summarize the related theory of ship propulsion system selection,and analyze the specific methods and theories of traditional ship-machine-propeller matching design,Based on the above theoretical research,a new method of ship-enginepropeller matching design is derived: propeller optimal diameter method and propeller optimal speed method,taking 10000 DWT river-sea direct bulk carrier as an example,the accuracy of the new method of ship-engine-propeller matching design is verified.2)The development of CFD technology and its related applications are described.The feasibility of CFD technology for predicting propeller performance parameters is studied,taking a MAU propeller as an example,the propeller performance parameters are predicted,and compared with the experimental results of ship-pool model to verify the reliability of CFD technology predicting propeller performance parameters.3)The regression polynomial of propeller performance parameters was analyzed and applied to the ship-engine-propeller matching design process.regression coefficient method of ship-engine-propeller matching calculation is designed and programmed by VB.NET.At the same time,CFD technology is used to predict the reliability of propeller performance parameters.The CFD-based ship-engine-propeller matching calculation flow is designed and programmed by VB.NET.Finally,taking 10000 DWT river-sea direct bulk carrier as an example,the comparative analysis of the calculated results is carried out to verify the feasibility of applying CFD technology to the ship-engine-propeller matching design process.4)The EEDI calculation formula is studied.Based on this,the calculation formula of EEDI of river-sea direct bulk carrier is discussed.The evaluation index of host selection is analyzed,and the influence of host selection on EEDI is studied.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for host selection was established.EEDI was included as the influencing factor,and the host option of 10000 DWT river-sea direct bulk carrier was comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.
