Mine electric locomotive is an important transportation equipment in underground coal mine,and the electric locomotive uses lead-acid battery as its energy storage device.Lead-acid batteries have been used in mining motor vehicles with high safety performance and high energy density,suitable for places with large gas or power demands.Lead-acid batteries,on the other hand,have some shortcomings such sas large volume,poor battery life,charging time,and so on maintenance work of trouble,because the super capacitor can be repeated thousands of times and can transient absorption or release large current,has long cycle life,high power density,on the size and the temperature range is superior to conventional batteries.Therefore in this paper,using the super capacitor to make up for the shortage of the lead-acid battery performance and using of storage battery and super capacitor working characteristic of complementary to mix them as a new energy storage system of mine electric locomotive.In this paper,a hybrid energy storage scheme based on accumulator and supercapacitor is proposed.In this system,the battery is the main source of energy,and the supercapacitor is the auxiliary power supply.The power density of supercapacitors can be used to reduce the impact of current fluctuation on the battery and prolong the service life of the battery.When the electric locomotive is braking,it absorbs the regenerative energy of the motor and reduces the energy consumption of the electric locomotive.The energy density of the battery is used to provide stable energy and reduce the requirement of supercapacitors.The permanent magnet synchronous motor is selected as the driving motor of electric locomotive;A hybrid energy storage circuit topology was designed based on bidirectional DC/DC transform and three-phase PWM rectifier;The precharge design of accumulator and supercapacitor is realized by single loop and double closed loop control;The capacity calculation and power distribution of the accumulator and the supercapacitor are respectively made.On this basis,the DC/DC transform circuit is controlled by PID adjustment method to complete the voltage boost to the power side;The power supply is supplied to the motor by the three-phase PWM rectifier;The electric power is fed back to the power source by the motor through the three-phase PWM inverter;Hardware and software design are made for circuit topology;Finally,the simulation model was built on the matlab/simulink platform,and the feasibility of the method was verified by simulation analysis.
