Research On ERP Application Of ST Company

From the perspective of enterprise information construction,ERP can be regarded as a part of enterprise information system.From the perspective of enterprise management,ERP will be the enterprise's material,logistics,financial,human resources,information resources,and so on,forming a highly centralized and highly efficient management system for the management of enterprises to provide quality decision-making services.Therefore,ERP has a significant role for the modern enterprise,for promoting the sustainable development of enterprises,improve the management level of enterprises have a prominent value.This article is based on this as the cutting entrance,with ST enterprises as the case,to analyze the application of ST enterprises and the implementation of ERP system related topics,the research mainly includes the following content.In this study and writing process,the use of the theory and practice of the basic approach to the specific case of automotive parts enterprises as a guide,to explore and elaborate on the topic.The study found that the current domestic many auto parts enterprises in the use of ERP in the process there are still many problems and shortcomings,causes the enterprise to the performance of the ERP is not completely able to show,but also a waste of a lot of business resources and development opportunities.Therefore,this study provides a solution to these problems,and puts forward some constructive suggestions.Of course,with the help of this research,it is an important purpose for our local auto parts enterprises to use ERP tools to improve the management and development.
