Research On Informationization Strategy Of SH Rail Transit Group

With the rapid development of the information society,informatization has become an important support for the development of enterprises.Information systems have become an indivisible,online,interactive tool that is deeply integrated into the operations of large organizations.The information system has fundamentally changed the economic characteristics of the organization,and the information strategy has also become an important part of the corporate strategy.At present,the railway industry is undergoing major changes.At the end of 2018,the national railway has completed the separation of government and enterprise,and the mixed ownership reform of the national railway has officially begun.This has further accelerated the marketization of the railway industry.As a provincial railway company,SH Rail Transit Group is facing many problems in the process of marketization.Among them,informatization construction and development are also important issues facing the SH Rail Group.This research focuses on the informationization strategy of SH Rail Transit Group.First,the relevant documents of informationization strategy are sorted out and summarized.Secondly,through the use of PEST and SWOT analysis tools to analyze the strategic environment of SH Rail Transit Group’s informatization,and analyzed that SH Rail Transit Group’s informatization should adopt a growth-oriented development strategy.Thirdly,based on VCS and SST,analyze the strategic needs of SH Rail Transit Group’s informatization,and use CSF to identify the key success factors of SH Rail Transit Group’s informatization.Through the identified critical success factors,reverse the assessment of the demand for the information strategy using SST analysis,and verify the results of SST analysis.Finally,based on the analysis of information strategy needs,the information application of the SH Rail Transit Group is designed,and implementation strategies and safeguard measures are proposed.Through this study,several reasonable suggestions were made for the informatization construction of SH Rail Transit Group,which has certain guiding significance for its informatization development.
