Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum technology with non-destructive,high precision measurement and other advantages,is widely used in biology,chemistry,medicine and other research fields,more and more researchers become appreciate to it.It has become a cross discipline with a growing influence.In the study of nuclear magnetic resonance,relevant instruments and supporting software play a vital role.However,we starts late in domestic spectrometer and software development,and there is a big gap between the foreign mature vendor and us,which require more researches on it.In the era of mobile Internet,mobile software is developping rapidly,and even in many fields,it has a great potential to replace desktop software.Touch NMR developed by Xiamen University is a representative nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)data processing software on the mobile terminal.However,it is necessary to iterate and maintain.In order to support the development of domestic spectrometer we should adapt it to the mobile terminal software.This paper will focus on these tasks.In addition to the iteration and adaptation of data processing software,a NMR spectrometer remote state monitoring system is also presented.At present,most of the desktop NMR control softwares enable to acquire the spectrometer state and experimental information,i.e.the user can monitor it at the side of the laboratory or spectrum,but this way is not convenient and efficient.In this paper we integrate the current network technology and mobile devices and then develop a remote spectrometer monitoring system,which may solve the deficiency of the current way,and further develop the instrument information management functions.Starting from the research background and related knowledge,this paper explains the iterative and functional development of Touch NMR iOS software.As an important platform for mobile Internet,the iOS system and its application developed by the international technology giant Apple Corp has been very mature,so that the developer can be more focused on business or function design.Benefit from the high efficiency and good user experience of the system,users of iOS devices steadily grow.In this study,we follow the design criteria of the iOS system and develop it by relying on its original framework and some excellent tool libraries.Try to do some work for China's domestic mobile software about nuclear magnetic resonance.
