Under the background of low-carbon economy,the new energy vehicles is an important measure to reduce carbon emissions and protect the environment.New energy vehicles are a key industry in the transformation from a big automobile country to a strong automobile industry of China.The research on the operating efficiency of new energy auto companies can provide theoretical suggestions for the production and operation of enterprises,find out the reasons for DEA-ineffective businesses,and put forward the direction of improvement for specific issues.Use the Tobit model to find out the factors that have a greater impact on operating efficiency,and provide a reference for enterprises to improve their operating standards.This article firstly uses the principal component analysis method to obtain the input-output index,and uses the DEA-CCR model to obtain the static operating efficiency of 49 enterprises in the new energy automobile nndustry chain.It is concluded that the current operating efficiency of China's new energy automotive industry chain is relatively low,and the enterprise's production The difference in operating efficiency is quite large.Further divide the industry chain into upper,middle,and lower reaches,and conclude that the overall technical efficiency value of the upstream industry is in a downward trend;the overall technical efficiency value of the mid-stream vehicle companies also fluctuates,and there is a great deal of solvency,operating capacity,and growth capacity.The space for progress;the overall technical efficiency value of downstream companies has been greatly enhanced,which is related to the current stage of the downstream companies.According to the projection analysis,the direction of improving the business performance of the company is obtained.Secondly,the Malmquist Index is used to measure the dynamic operating efficiency of new energy auto companies and identify the main influencing factors for the increase or decrease of efficiency.The total factor productivity of upstream companies shows a continuous declining trend,which is mainly due to the decline in the value of technological change;the total factor productivity of vehicle manufacturers in the midstream is falling first,then rising again and then falling back.The scale efficiency of the enterprises is low;the pure technology of downstream companies is low;Efficiency has improved.Finally,using the two-stage DEA-tobit model to find out the main influencing factors affecting the new energy automobile industrial chain.The conclusion shows that the direct subsidy of the government is negatively correlated with the total technical efficiency value of new energy companies,and the ratio of employees with high school education or above,corporate market value,and comprehensive technical efficiency are positively correlated.The return of government taxes and fees is negatively correlated with the value of pure technical efficiency.The quality structure of the company's personnel is positively correlated with the market value of the company and the value of pure technical efficiency.There is a significant negative correlation between government grants and firm-scale efficiency values,and there is a positive correlation between talent quality structure and scale efficiency.
