| Vehicle industry plays an important role in the development of China’s overall industry.A complete vehicle industry can promote the overall development of the country’s overall manufacturing industry.At the same time,with the worldwide environmental problems and the increasingly acute energy crisis,more and more countries began to invest huge resources in the research and development of new energy vehicles.Relevant statistics show that China has become the world’s first vehicle and new energy vehicle market.At present,new energy vehicles have not made breakthrough in the core technology breakthrough,and the problems of weak battery endurance and low energy utilization rate have not been solved.The ability of technological innovation is an important guarantee for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness,so the only way to solve the above problems is to improve the level of technological innovation and improve the efficiency of technological innovation.At present,scholars at home and abroad have a lot of research on the technological innovation efficiency of various types of industrial enterprises,but they seldom take the new energy vehicle enterprises as the research object.Therefore,this paper chooses China’s new energy vehicle enterprises as the research object,and makes an empirical study on the technological innovation efficiency of 16 new energy vehicle enterprises in China.First of all,this paper summarizes and combs the existing domestic and foreign related literature,then defines the concept of technological innovation efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises,and then analyzes the technological innovation status of each key component of new energy vehicle and the patent application of new energy vehicle in detail.The network DEA model based on SBM model is constructed to measure the overall technological innovation efficiency and staged efficiency of 16 new energy vehicle enterprises in China,and the technical level and technical efficiency change of 16 new energy vehicle enterprises in China during 2012-2018 are analyzed by combining it with Malmquist index model;Tobit regression model is introduced to create new energy vehicle enterprises in China The results show that the scale of enterprises has a significant positive effect on the efficiency of technological innovation of new energy vehicle enterprises in China.The proportion of technical personnel and labor input have a significant negative impact on the efficiency of technological innovation.the ownership concentration has no significant relationship with theefficiency of technological innovation of new energy vehicle enterprises.Finally,we should increase the intensity of R & D investment The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of technological innovation of new energy vehicle enterprises are put forward from six aspects: strengthening the construction of talent team,reasonable allocation of innovative resources,strengthening the cooperation of industry,University and research,strengthening the resource sharing among enterprises and improving the policy system.The research results of this paper have certain academic significance for improving the academic achievements in the field of evaluation of technological innovation efficiency of enterprises.At the same time,it can play a positive role in promoting the development of China’s new energy vehicle industry.It can help to improve the overall technical level of China’s vehicle industry,improve the R & D efficiency of new energy vehicle technology,and further promote the overall development of China’s overall industry. |
