In winter, fog and haze have seriously affected people's production and life.Clean heating is an important measure of air pollution prevention and energy optimization, and the use of cogeneration and waste heat waste heat is one of the important measures to adjust the energy structure of clean heating. The process of cogeneration production involves the interests of heat, electricity enterprises and users. It is closely related to the reasonable selection of cogeneration cost sharing method and the positive and healthy development of cogeneration industry. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the heat and power sharing method and the application in the case of clean heating.Firstly, several important ways of central heating are briefly expounded, and the working principles of regenerative cycle, reheat cycle, heat supply of back pressure unit, heat supply of condensing unit and low temperature circulating water are discussed and analyzed. Then, the existing heat and power allocation methods and thermal economic evaluation indexes such as heat method, actual enthalpy drop method and work capacity method are introduced.Taking a domestic 350 MW condensing unit as the research object, from the analysis of two conditions of reheat and non consideration of reheat, and then combining the conditions of changing the rated and rated steam supply separately,it is concluded that with the increase of the steam intake, the heat transfer ratio is increased by3.4% and the actual enthalpy drop method is increased with the increase of the amount of steam extraction.High 5%,work ability method keep the same, the amount of steam extraction constant, with the increase of steam intake, heat and power allocation ratio before and after reheat consideration, the heat method is 8% higher, the actual enthalpy drop method is 13%,work ability method keep the same.In the three apportionment methods, the calorimetric method is simple and the actual enthalpy drop method is the most complex. It needs to provide many data and is not easy to calculate. The clean heating project is an inevitable requirement for strengthening air pollution prevention and promoting the construction of ecological civilization. Its main task is to promote the use of clean energy for heating during the heating season in winter, supplementedby centralized heating, supplemented by district heating, and supplemented heating. The principle of suitable gas is gas, electricity is electricity, and electricity and energy are complementary." The centralized heating method occupies an important position in the process of the promotion of clean heating projects,so it is also very important to solve the energy consumption apportionment problem of heating.Taking the clean heating projects in Laiwu City and Weihai City as examples, this paper calculates and verifies the effect of different allocation methods on the heating system evaluation, and obtains the heating cost prices calculated by different allocation methods. It is found that heat sources such as power plants and thermal power plants are suitable for the thermal method. For Thermotics Inc and other transmission and distribution enterprises,it is suitable to use the actual enthalpy drop method or the work capacity method. This article provides an analysis of the heating and heating energy sharing calculations for co-generation and provides a theoretical basis for the heating pricing of co-generation companies.
