Feasibility Study On The Project Of South Campus Of C Polytechnic

In the current education system of higher occupation education in our country,absorb about 50%of the students,high-quality labor force every year to social output of more than 3 million;at the same time,occupation education is our country higher education popularization rate,an important way to enhance the overall quality of the population.C higher vocational college is an important base for talent cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong province.It is very important to expand the scale and optimize the environment.Based on the project feasibility study of South Campus of C Vocational College as the subject is analyzed,the results show that:First,the feasibility study on real estate,large government engineering academia has made abndant achievements;however,the feasibility study in the field of campus expansion theory is less.Second,through the PEST analysis of the central government and local government support for the development of occupation education,is a favorable policy project of South Campus of C vocational college to carry out the premise;from the domestic overall economic development environment of C Vocational College South Campus project good economic development environment;economic development provides a macro-economic premise project in the South Campus of C Vocational College smoothly;from the analysis of current conditions of construction technology,the overall construction technology of this project can meet the.From the social environment of C Vocational College South Campus project,the project surrounding residents of C Vocational College South Campus project support attitude.Therefore,the local social and cultural environment for the implementation of C Vocational College South Campus project is more favorable.Third,The project function for the school education,in the process of running a small and simple types of pollutants,are easy to deal with the types of pollutants,and the main environmental pollution in the project construction process for dust and noise interference.Therefore,during the construction of the project and the later period of operation,through reasonable environmental control and control measures,the pollution of the project will be able to bring the negative impact to the minimum,the overall environmental pollution is small.After the completion of the project,the college education funds can achieve balance of payments and a slight balance,there is a certain ability to repay,so the project financial evaluation is feasible.The completion of this project will promote and accelerate the development of vocational education,higher occupation education is beneficial to improve the level of our province,is conducive to the creation of a harmonious society,alleviate the employment pressure,the negative effect of the project is very small,the social benefit of the project significantly.Analysis shows the feasibility of the south campus expansion project of C vocational college,the construction scale of this project is reasonable and there are no technical barriers to the project;project funding is clear and can guarantee the project investment demand,the financial evaluation of the project feasible;in addition,the project also has a high social and economic benefits.Therefore,the conclusion is drawn that the extension project of C vocational college is feasible.
