Comparative Study On The Cost Effectiveness Of Railway Engineering Majors In HSR Vocational College

In recent years,along with the rapid development of railway construction in our country that shows strong demanded on skilled personnel in area of high-speed rail.Thus,HSR vocational college which cultivate skilled personnel has become a social focus.Students in school through the major training,to provide different types of senior technical personnel for the society.However,in this society with rapid economic development,school's development should gradually with social practice,similar to enterprise management mode so the operation and development of HSR vocational college is no longer a public welfare project,it will also be pegged to the school overall efficiency,so we need to learn the advanced enterprise management system,consider the cost of the school,make HSR vocational colleges also become an independent business unit,as enterprises can adapt to the development of the society,enhance competitiveness,to self-reliance,promising.HSR vocational colleges in recent years rapid development,under the situation that indicated our country's economy growing and skilled talents in short supply.And the future tendency of the development of HSR vocational colleges also have drawn the attention of the people from all walks of life,but at present,the literature on HSR vocational college cost effectiveness study is less,and it more less to apply for the enterprise project management to research of HSR vocational college management.Therefore this study will compare management,cost effectiveness theory and related theoretical basis,combining with the characteristics of Railway engineering major,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)confirmed that the calculated total benefits of each major,the conclusion shows Testing major cost effectiveness best,the second is the Road and Bridge Engineering major,the third one is Railway Engineering major,the Urban Rail Transit is last.The four majors cost effectiveness is also consistent with total benefits.Then using Boston matrix analysis and comparison of various major,decide the quadrants,each major results show that the Testing is a problem with thin dog quadrant,indicated that the major is new,is very promising,cost efficiency will be very good.Road and Bridge Engineering in dogs with Taurus quadrant,the major cost effectiveness is good as well;Railway Engineering in star quadrants and Taurus quadrant,used to be ace major,but cost effective decrease in recent years,the major has a tendency to shrink;Urban Rail Transit in dogs with Taurus quadrant,which can decrease of cost efficiency,input and output gap is big.This study aims at providing a cost benefit analysis in the major of HSR vocational colleges in China with a direction,apply the project management mode of enterprises in it,let us from another Angle to think about the cost effectiveness of HSR vocational college,with the enterprise performance evaluation method to measure the management of HSR vocational college,especially the construction of majors management.So the study of majors cost benefit not only beneficial to the improvement of the school teaching efficiency,but also to our country's economic take-off.Finally the author according to the research situation of each majors cost effective in improving the major cost effectiveness gives several suggestions,hoping to provide reference for future researchers.
