As the representative of hoisting machinery,all ground crane not only can carry on heavy lifting operation,but also can make rapid transfer in complex terrain and work in all kinds of bad environment.As the main load-bearing structure of the crane,with the increasing of the tonnage of all ground cranes,the risk factors of the fracture of the arm frame section and the accident of the front and back tilting of the car body will also increase.Because the crane arm operation is the foundation of all cranes,this paper studies the lifting process of the crane,and verifies the rationality of the structure design through the calculation and analysis of the hoist process,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of the equipment and reduce the failure rate of the equipment.As the representative of hoisting machinery,all ground crane not only can carry on heavy lifting operation,but also can make rapid transfer in complex terrain and work in all kinds of bad environment.As the main load-bearing structure of the crane,with the increasing of the tonnage of all ground cranes,the risk factors of the fracture of the arm frame section and the accident of the front and back tilting of the car body will also increase.Because the crane arm operation is the foundation of all cranes,this paper studies the lifting process of the crane,and verifies the rationality of the structure design through the calculation and analysis of the hoist process,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of the equipment and reduce the failure rate of the equipment.Firstly,the development status and development trend of crane at home and abroad are briefly introduced.The second chapter briefly summarizes the structure of a large tonnage all terrain crane,and expounds the process of crane boom and fixed arm.In the third chapter,the simplified finite element model of the main arm,fixed arm and superstructure of the crane is introduced,and the finite element calculation program is compiled and calculated.The fourth chapter collates the results of calculation and analysis,focusing on the stress of the structural strength of the arm frame,the telescopic cylinder,the leg cylinder,the rotary support and other key positions,and compares it with the allowable range of the corresponding position structure strength to verify whether the structure meets the design requirements.Finally,the fifth chapter verifies the accuracy of the calculated results by experiments and ensures the reliability of finite element analysis.
