As the main model of construction machinery,the loader is increasingly becoming the pursuit target of manufacturers and owners.For the conventional quantitative hydraulic system,because of its large energy consumption and poor handling performance,it has gradually begun to be eliminated,and the emerging variable hydraulic system has become widely popular.However,there are few studies on the comprehensive performance of the variable hydraulic system.Therefore,the comprehensive research and analysis of the variable hydraulic system from dynamic characteristics to energy consumption characteristics is of great significance to the actual use of the system and the improvement of the system.This article combines the school-enterprise cooperation project "loader machine R & D"(project number: FW/RE201640),focusing on the hydraulic system of the 5-ton loader work device.The hydraulic system uses a dual-load sensitive pump in combination with a proportional valve.It uses pressure feedback to perform pressure compensation in front of the valve to achieve system flow control.Load sensitivity is the commonly used pump control method for the hydraulic system of the work unit variable at this stage.Through the theoretical research,simulation analysis and experimental testing of the system,the relevant conclusions of its working characteristics and energy consumption characteristics are finally obtained,which provides an important reference for the system's development,improvement and practical operation.The research work of the full text mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Through the extensive reading of relevant literature and in-depth analysis and research,an overview of the development and application status of the hydraulic system of the loader working device is presented.And summarizes the development of key technologies for loader hydraulic systems at home and abroad.The energy consumption and characteristics of the bivariable hydraulic system are selected as the research direction of this paper.The key technologies and current research results of the bivariable hydraulic system are described and the main research content of this paper is derived.(2)Analyze the possible energy loss approach of the system from the perspective of energy.The working principle and system components of the variable hydraulic system are introduced in detail.The working conditions of the two variables hydraulic system under various typical working conditions are analyzed,and the static and dynamic working characteristics of the system are summarized.First of all,starting from the components,establish the mathematical model of each component,and analyze its static,dynamic and energy consumption characteristics.Then from zero to the entire establishment of the mathematical model of the entire system.Combined with the existing theoretical model,the system's operating characteristics and energy consumption characteristics are analyzed.This laid a solid foundation for the theoretical analysis of the full text.(3)Use AMESim hydraulic simulation platform to build the key components of the system: load-sensing pump,priority valve,and proportional valve simulation model,and simulate and analyze each component according to actual parameters.Then the components are composed of systems,and finally the LMS.Virtual.Lab.Motion dynamics simulation platform is combined to establish a system-based co-simulation model.Analyze the energy consumption and characteristics of the system under typical conditions,and obtain the energy loss of the system.At the same time,by analyzing the flow pressure characteristics of the system under specific conditions,the stability,response and operating characteristics of the system are obtained.(4)A model loader in the cooperation project was used as an experimental research prototype vehicle to design a comprehensive bivariable hydraulic system experimental program,and the system was subjected to experimental tests under various working conditions.Through experimental data processing,analysis and research,it is concluded that the pressure characteristics of the bivariable hydraulic system under various practical conditions are basically consistent with the simulation analysis and theoretical analysis results.The minor differences in the comparison process between the two are caused by actual structures and pipeline connections.The experiment fully validates the correctness of the simulation model,which shows that the energy loss situation of the simulation analysis is reliable.At the same time,it shows that the bivariable hydraulic system has good energy-saving effect and operating performance in practical applications.
